POSITION SUMMARY


The primary responsibility of a Program Coordinator is to oversee the project, guiding it through all necessary disciplines.

The Coordinator's objective is to guarantee the timely contributions from specialists in various fields essential for the successful completion of the project.

This role requires an individual who possesses both authority and accountability, ensuring quality by engaging stakeholder feedback and nurturing a collaborative environment among team members.


Daily Responsibilities:

Facilitates project communications within the organization and among all departments.

The Coordinator interacts directly with team members to reinforce scheduled deliverables, communicate revision requests, track project progress, and address challenges as they emerge.

Establishes integration checkpoints to promote collaboration among the internal teams involved in the creative development process.


Documents key internal meetings, decisions, and deliverables in writing (including due dates, internal directives, and recorded history) for distribution to the team.

Receives media planning details (such as unit size) from an account representative and seeks specifications through the Producer.

Organizes the second internal creative review (ICR II), which encompasses idea management, production, creation, and communication. Ensures that the agency's perspective supports the work presented to the client.

Secures necessary approvals for copy, scripts, layouts, proofs, etc.

Additionally, plays a significant role in Project Communication/Integration, Project Assignments/Scope, Project Budget/Scope, Project Schedule/Time Management, Project Approvals/Quality, Project Documentation, and Project Resources (both Internal and External).

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of comprehensive project management experience in an advertising or related field.

Experience across multiple disciplines is advantageous, although expertise in a specific medium (broadcast, print, or digital) will also be considered.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
