The Senior Vice President plays a pivotal role in the daily leadership, management, and client engagement at the branch level, while also contributing to the formulation and execution of both short-term and long-term objectives. This position encompasses oversight of various branches, each with unique structures, leading to a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight in the overall operations of the branch.
- Directly manage the middle management team to ensure alignment with branch goals.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of the branch management plan and initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and service providers at the branch level.
- Support the management of strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Facilitates challenging assignments to enhance talent development and holds team members accountable for commitments.
- Exhibits strong listening and communication skills; effectively assesses talent to build cohesive teams.
- Cultivates an open and approachable environment to foster connections.
- Maintains a strategic perspective, articulates clear objectives, and clarifies the rationale behind decisions.
- Demonstrates self-confidence to take initiative and adapt swiftly to evolving circumstances.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Management and/or Supervisory roles.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Community Association management.
- Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA and/or PCAM designation is preferred.
