Position Summary:

We are in search of a Field Sales Representative with robust outside sales experience. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, including prior experience in canvassing and closing deals. Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through fieldwork and phone outreach.
  • Assessing and qualifying leads.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Developing a strong sales pipeline and successfully closing deals.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Managing time effectively to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • 3-6 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and CRM software.
  • Proficient in delivering both in-person and virtual sales presentations.
  • Capable of working remotely with reliable internet access.
  • Willingness to work in the office at least two days per week as directed.
