Your role will involve:
- Boosting Joint Replacement sales by supporting sales teams and developing your own accounts through engagement with existing and potential customers.
- Maintaining communication with current and prospective Joint Replacement accounts regarding product updates, portfolio changes, and educational initiatives.
- Enhancing your sales skills through coaching and mentorship from experienced Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
Qualifications:
To be considered, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in relationship management, particularly with surgeons and hospitals
- Comfort in emergency and operating room settings
