Position: Full-time, In-office Medicare Sales Representative
Compensation: Competitive base salary with commission opportunities and a potential sign-on bonus of up to $2000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Engage in team meetings and training workshops.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn, be resourceful, and intuitive.
- Follow company policies and maintain attendance standards.
- Keep licenses current and pursue ongoing education.
- Ensure adherence to CMS regulations.
- Utilize scripts effectively to close sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in Medicare sales.
- Possession of Health Insurance License 2-15 or 2-40.
- No releases required.
- Proven sales capabilities, self-driven, and motivated.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Job Type: Full-time
Estimated Salary: $40,000 to $80,000 annually
Additional Compensation:
- Base Salary
- Commission Earnings
- Bonus Opportunities
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Availability on Saturdays during AEP
Work Environment: In-office only
