- Outbound Sales: Make targeted outbound calls to customers based on leads provided by the company, marketing campaigns, and other sources.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Bugs Byte's service options, value, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on work completed, results achieved, and areas for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Qualifications: Successful customer service work experience is required, while sales experience is highly preferred.
- Phone Manner: Possess a professional, confident, and persuasive phone manner to effectively communicate with customers.
- Compensation: Hourly pay rate plus monthly commission.
