Contract Administration Specialist

About the Role
Grace Pacific LLC is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contract requirements, obtaining bonds and certificates of insurance, and collaborating with the legal team to update agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review prime contracts, subcontractor proposals, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement contract policies and procedures.
- Manage the annual insurance renewal process and maintain vendor prequalification programs.
- Provide contract data to internal customers and generate reports as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Email.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Grace Pacific LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
