Job Description

The Contract Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the contract administration function, including maintaining the integrity of UHA provider and corporate contract templates and contract files, and developing and maintaining strong relations internally and externally to support the contracting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the library of active contracts.
  • Tracking contract negotiations.
  • Developing professional relationships with physician and institutional counterparts.
  • Conducting negotiations with providers.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including 100% medical insurance coverage for employees and their families, and 20 days of paid personal time off during the first year, are offered.

Education and Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • More than three years of healthcare-related experience, preferably in health insurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
