Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Review Specialist to join our team at Grace Pacific LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contract requirements and bid documents, obtaining bonds and certificates of insurance, and collaborating with the legal team on updating agreements offered to customers and business partners.


As a Contract Review Specialist, you will also be responsible for reviewing subcontractor proposals and processes, obtaining compliance documents, and advising on language changes as necessary. Additionally, you will participate in annual insurance renewal process, understand various insurance requirements, and register in and maintain both government and private vendor prequalification programs.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, with minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar operation and/or with strong legal and contracting background. You should have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Email, as well as supervisory or management experience and familiarity with accounting and billing procedures.


This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Grace Pacific LLC. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
