Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front clinic patient flow. As a key member of the team, you will serve as the primary contact for patients, scheduling appointments, preparing necessary paperwork, receiving patients, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interact effectively with staff, physicians, and patients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, understanding and following instructions, and possessing some familiarity with medical procedures.
  • Utilize computer systems proficiently to perform tasks efficiently.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of customer service, office, or related experience, with a preference for 2 years in a healthcare setting.
  • Additional education may be considered in lieu of experience.
