Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations
  • Conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for enhancement and address any hurdles
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor moves to identify opportunities for innovative solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both parties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Strategic Account Management or a role showcasing exceptional performance
  • Strong understanding of the Life Science industry and market insights
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation, Control systems, MES, Analytics platforms in GxP validated environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, recognized by peers and clients alike
  • Proficiency in solving complex problems and strategic thinking, honed to precision
  • Expertise in CRM software and sales analytics, with the ability to provide guidance at a masterclass level
  • Available for daily travel within the Bay Area, with occasional overnight stays for company events and trainings

Work Environment

We offer a hybrid workplace where you can make your own schedule, with occasional after-hours work depending on business needs.

Travel Requirements

20% local daily travel within the Bay Area, with periodic overnight stays for company events and trainings.
