Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our social media marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence across social media platforms.

This role will play a key part in developing and executing our content strategy, creating compelling content that supports our business objectives and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and own our social media presence across all platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights
  • Develop and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports marketing campaigns and business objectives
  • Help develop executive profiles by shaping POVs and developing content off internal meetings and press meetings
Qualifications We Value
  • 2+ years of digital marketing or content work experience
  • Working knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in storytelling, writing, editing, and research
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
