Global Social Media Manager

As a key member of the Levi Strauss & Co. team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global social media strategies that align with the company's marketing plan and key goals. You will be a subject matter expert for all social platforms and social tools globally, driving innovation and new ideas. You will build daily relationships with key social media platforms, partners to stay up to date on the latest innovations and best practices in creative execution. You will partner with the Global Social Media agency by providing clear briefs and managing bespoke social content development workstreams. You will ensure social budgets and timelines are met across projects and workstreams. You will provide expertise and best practices to influencer work. You will use social listening and analytics tools, glean insight from output and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You will mentor junior team members and express command and influence in uniting the team.
About You:
You will have 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media. You will have a deep understanding of how key social media platforms and their respective algorithms work. You will have a history of being able to work with creative teams and strategists. You will be able to build strong briefs, coordinating execution through external partners or other team members. You will have high aesthetic standards and creative judgment and understanding of how to story-tell on social media. You will have an excellent understanding of how to analyze social content and strategies, and both organic and paid data. You will work with data teams to turn insights into applicable recommendations. You will present projects and collect and act on feedback from a broad group of team members.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
