Job Overview

Keen360, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Data Analyst to assist in operational data analysis and support for our esteemed pharmaceutical client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the organization in processing and validating diverse pharmaceutical data sources, including IMS/iQVIA Prescription data (DDD, Xponent), utilized by both field and home office teams.
  • Ensure accurate integration of supplementary data sources, validation, and system oversight. Provide integration support related to the company’s data warehouse, focusing on product performance metrics, managed care information, and customer profiles for incentive payouts, targeting, segmentation, and field reporting. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee quality assurance and timely information delivery.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to verify sales results accuracy as needed. Collaborate with IT to develop essential data integration processes that ensure consistent and precise tracking and reporting of sales metrics. Deliver sales data and relevant insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Information Technology and various vendors to ensure seamless implementation and execution of business rules, processing procedures, and validation processes.
  • Collaborate with Data Providers to capture and integrate sales data for internal deliverables such as Field Reporting, Incentive Compensation, Analysis, and Targeting.
  • Address and resolve data inquiries from field personnel and internal partners. Develop solutions to data-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor and perform necessary weekly quality control checks to ensure accurate and timely processing of data warehouse updates. Validate information to confirm it meets specifications and defined thresholds.
  • Communicate with sales management regarding data status, and oversee the creation and distribution of sales reports to field sales and in-house partners. Collaborate with data suppliers to ensure compliance with timing, accuracy, and format of received data.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with IMS Sales data packages and the pharmaceutical sales process is essential.
  • Project Management skills are crucial; the candidate should be comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to present oneself effectively are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, along with familiarity with data warehouse environments.
  • Knowledge of data training methodologies is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with SAS and SQL, with proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data through Access and Excel.
  • The individual must thrive in a dynamic environment, capable of recommending and implementing process improvements while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated leadership experience, are mandatory.

Experience with system integrations and change management is advantageous.
