Position Overview:
The Program Management Specialist will be an integral part of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role involves supporting the Program Manager in the oversight and coordination of various projects, contributing to strategic planning, maintaining essential documentation, reviewing financials, and monitoring project activities to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and strategic development.
- Establish and track key performance indicators.
- Monitor and assess the overall status of projects.
- Analyze project-related data to derive insights for performance optimization.
- Identify potential risks and propose effective solutions.
- Provide operational support, including stakeholder communication and timeline tracking.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Manage project financials, budgets, and contracts.
- Travel may be required up to 15%.
Essential Competencies:
- Collaborative team player focused on continuous improvement.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up capabilities.
- Knowledgeable in project management principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, and Smartsheet.
- Experienced in managing stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field is required. A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates competency in the role may be considered. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management or a related field is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with data mining applications, PowerBI, and Microsoft automation tools.
