About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavior Interventions Inc. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral assessment and intervention services to support families referred to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral assessment and intervention services to individuals and families, based on the science of behavior analysis.
  • Maintain administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure the continued success of our organization.
  • Engage in professional development activities and support the professional development of our team members through approved supervision activities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of direct intervention services, program development, and supervision activities in our practice management software.
  • Collaborate with our program team members to provide feedback, training, and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification.
  • Behavior Specialist License (for Pennsylvania applicants).
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including home, school, community, and clinic.
