Senior RF System Integration Engineer

As a member of our RF SiP Module Design Team, you will engage in the creation of cutting-edge Power Amplifiers, RF switches, Low Noise Amplifiers, and front-end modules tailored for Automotive and IoT applications. Your contributions will be pivotal in facilitating the industry's transition to next-generation communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in comprehensive product development phases, encompassing product definition, architectural design, system budgeting, and detailed circuit design.
  • Lead laboratory experiments to diagnose and resolve RF and functionality-related performance challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team of engineers and technicians to address complex RF front-end issues.
  • Prepare essential documentation for prototype assembly, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and configuration matrices.
  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to enhance RF Front-End Module performance.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of RF principles, including impedance matching, distributed systems, and circuit stability.
  • Proficient in circuit simulation tools such as Agilent ADS and EM tools like HFSS.
  • Familiarity with laboratory instruments including Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
  • Strong analytical skills in data collection, troubleshooting, and product refinement.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a knack for logical problem-solving.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of device technologies and module components such as Power Amplifiers and RF Switches.
  • Knowledge of acoustic filters and familiarity with wireless standards including 5G and WiFi.
  • Experience with system architecture and circuit topology.
