Summer Associate Program Overview

Clark Construction Group is committed to providing a comprehensive and challenging experience for our Summer Associates. Our program is designed to give you a realistic view of what it's like to work in the construction industry, with a focus on project development, project management, and field engineering.

As a Summer Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including project delivery, field management, and project development. You will be responsible for assisting with tasks such as financial management, document control, and trade partner success.

Our Summer Associate program is a full-time program that runs for approximately 8-10 weeks, starting in late May or early June. You will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and may be eligible for overtime.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $24-30 per hour, depending on your location, education, skills, and experience. Our benefits package includes commuter benefits and fitness reimbursement.
