Role Summary

The Senior Process Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency and performance of the cement manufacturing processes.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is competitive, reflecting experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze process conditions to implement improvements in cement manufacturing.
  • Conduct field measurements and compile process data for analysis and reporting.
  • Enhance process control and product quality while improving overall manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Energy Management Team to identify and execute energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Support projects aimed at achieving sustainability goals and compliance with emission regulations.
  • Review and evaluate new capital project designs and equipment.
  • Design innovative process equipment to optimize plant performance.
  • Work closely with plant personnel and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Assist in the start-up and commissioning of new process systems.
  • Manage assigned capital improvement projects effectively.
  • Promote a safe working environment in all activities.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, Material Sciences, or Mining Engineering or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in cement manufacturing preferred.

Skills: Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication, leadership, and mathematical skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.
