About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance process documentation, including work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality plans.
- Review and implement customer engineering changes into production workflows.
- Transform engineering specifications into actionable manufacturing plans for CNC machining.
- Create productivity plans to ensure optimal CNC equipment usage during product development.
- Optimize manufacturing techniques and equipment for efficient part production.
- Provide technical support across production departments to achieve operational goals.
- Continuously enhance quality and productivity within assigned areas.
- Address potential issues proactively and apply effective problem-solving strategies.
- Support the interpretation of customer product documentation and provide necessary manufacturing support.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or 7 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- At least 4 years of engineering experience in CNC machining and job routing.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma and Lean Principles.
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000 based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.
