Key Responsibilities- Analyze process conditions and implement enhancements to boost efficiency in cement production.
- Conduct field measurements and gather process data for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Energy Management Team to identify and execute energy-saving initiatives.
- Support projects aimed at meeting environmental goals and compliance with emissions regulations.
- Design and evaluate new process equipment to improve plant performance.
- Work closely with plant personnel and engineering teams to address operational challenges.
- Oversee capital improvement projects and ensure adherence to safety standards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, Material Sciences, or Mining Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in cement manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and manage projects.
- Willingness to travel to various facilities as needed.
