Position Overview

This full-time hybrid position as a Field Service Technician at Nota3D offers the flexibility of remote work. The primary responsibilities include conducting on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of 3D printing machinery. Additionally, you will deliver training and technical assistance to clients, ensuring their equipment operates efficiently and aligns with their unique specifications.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a field service technician, ideally within the 3D printing or a similar sector.
  • Familiarity with 3D Systems, Markforged, or Mimaki devices is highly advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Robust technical capabilities with the proficiency to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
