We are currently in search of a driven Logistics Operations Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee E-commerce accounts, including warehouse operations and transportation management, while handling profit and loss responsibilities.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and vendors to ensure order and sales fulfillment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including staffing agencies.
  • Process and enter invoices issued to customers into the system.
  • Verify and document invoices received from vendors.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and issues, reporting to sales management for timely resolutions.
  • Assist with customer service requests and inquiries involving UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. (Claims, Tracking, etc.).
  • Analyze sales and operational KPIs, such as timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales management with administrative tasks, including sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Respond to various ad hoc requests and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Logistics Operations or Customer Service Operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Professional working proficiency or bilingual capability in English and Korean (Preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular, Full-time
