Job Description

A leading employment consultant company, TriCom Quest, is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to oversee the inbound and outbound shipments in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.

  • Direct-Hire
  • Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • $20 - $24 / hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound shipments to wholesale customers and e-commerce orders
  • Ensure timely delivery and address any delays to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Work with ERP and WMS systems to allocate, transfer, and process all order types
  • Communicate with the Customer Service Team to resolve order issues
  • Coordinate with carriers and manage reporting to verify order fulfillment
  • Research and resolve errors or issues delaying order fulfillment
  • Maintain excellent interdepartmental communication
  • Process logistics coordination paperwork and assist with related duties


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree
  • 1-2 years of logistics coordination experience, preferably with purchase orders and schedule tracking
  • Familiarity with shipments to large retailers
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems, as well as FedEx/UPS software
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Word/Excel)
