  1. Technology Management:
    • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (CMS).

  2. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to leverage technology for enhancing marketing effectiveness, including campaign management, lead generation, customer segmentation, and personalization.

  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to address any technical issues or requirements.
  5. User Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of marketing technologies and tools.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing systems and technologies.
  6. Innovation and Optimization:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement new tools and processes that can improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Continuously assess and optimize existing technology solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
  1. Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing technology or a related role, with a proven track record of managing marketing systems and projects.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of marketing technology stack, including CMS, CRM, email marketing systems, and analytics platforms.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
    • Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integrations (e.g., APIs).
  4. Soft Skills:
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  5. Additional Skills:
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
    • Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
    • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in marketing technology and digital marketing.
Language and Work Environment

We are looking for a bilingual candidate who is fluent in English (MUST) and Korean (HIGHLY PREFERRED). The successful candidate will work in an office setting with occasional travel required for vendor meetings, training, or industry conferences.
