Product Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Director to lead the consumer marketing strategy for our P2P payments portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and go-to-market strategy, with a passion for customer-centric strategy and a proven track record of driving portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies that drive portfolio growth and deliver against our consumer segment KPIs through the full funnel, partnering closely with global marketing leads to create marketing plans that are locally relevant and aligned to business priorities.
- Define and monitor the critical metrics for measuring success of p2P marketing activities and own end-to-end reporting of marketing performance across channels and markets.
- Collaborate with Product/Design/Eng/Market Research to influence product roadmaps with the goal of increasing product adoption, differentiation, and customer growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs, and act as voice of the customer at all stages of the product lifecycle, from product innovation through to marketing strategy.
- Establish strong relationships with Product, Analytics, Commercial Growth, Comms, Lifecycle Marketing, Geo Marketing, Creative & Media, and other cross-functional groups to enable collaboration and communication across groups.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong executive presence - you know how to sell in an idea, clearly communicate key takeaways, and get your point of view or strategy across flawlessly - whether it's written, spoken, or in a PowerPoint slide.
- Passion for customer-centric strategy, with experience in generating qualitative and quantitative insights and using those insights to inform marketing strategies.
