Job Summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing a comprehensive youth outreach program that addresses family and quality of life issues for military families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a youth outreach program that provides support and resources to military families during the deployment cycle.
  • Design and coordinate marketing and education materials to promote the program and engage with deployed personnel and their families.
  • Establish and maintain training packages, briefings, and training materials to support the program.
  • Update and post information on youth activities, resources, and opportunities on the company's website and social media channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in youth services and program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
