About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Mailchimp. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, providing them with the necessary tools and support to get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure customers achieve their goals
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance throughout the onboarding process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
