Job Overview

Hampton Products is seeking a skilled Field Sales and Service Manager to enhance our Sales division.

Hampton Products International Corporation specializes in designing, developing, and marketing innovative consumer products across various categories, including security and automotive accessories.

Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior In-Store Sales and Service Manager, the Field Sales and Service Manager will focus on delivering exceptional service to customers and consumers at the retail level within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead product knowledge training sessions at retail locations.
  • Develop and implement planograms for new product launches and modifications.
  • Oversee the setup of diverse product categories through third-party vendors.
  • Provide strategic advice to store managers to optimize store space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
  • Establish and manage a travel itinerary, keeping supervisors informed of upcoming store visits and any adjustments.
  • This role requires extensive travel, approximately 70-80% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in full-cycle sales and consumer engagement.
  • Experience working with retail and distribution channel accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with various customer levels.
  • Proven project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
