As a Project Management Analyst, you will be instrumental in facilitating project oversight from initiation through to completion. Your role will encompass project establishment, financial tracking, forecasting, and collaboration with project leaders to ensure effective implementation. You will engage in financial assessments, reporting, and liaising with stakeholders across various departments. Furthermore, you will aid in refining organizational processes and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to bolster informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project financial documentation and forecasts.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and expenditures utilizing project management software.
  • Effectively relay project updates and information to team members.
  • Monitor invoices and assist in the approval of payments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and amendments.
  • Manage project files, procurement requests, and inventory levels.
  • Evaluate contractor bids and associated costs.
  • Support monthly management reporting and budgetary processes.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with traffic signal systems is advantageous.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel within North America may be necessary.

Compensation Package:

Annual salary ranges from $66,560 to $75,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
