Compensation Range for this Role: $78,000 - $117,200.00

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Software Implementation Analyst II plays a crucial role in the deployment and delivery of our WRG software solutions, along with other vendor software systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.

As a member of the implementation team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Software Implementation Analyst, project managers, and various project stakeholders, including third-party providers and partner consulting teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Software Implementation Analyst II specializes in the configuration and deployment of WRG software and other vendor integrations to the core systems of our clients.

  • Manage the project lifecycle, from Requirements Gathering to Software Configuration, Integration, Testing, and Production Go-Live.
  • Oversee the setup, installation, and configuration of WRG software and vendor solutions, including conducting Client Requirements and Gap Analysis.
  • Guide clients through the technical preparations for new installations and provide hands-on training to ensure successful software deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in requirements gathering, planning, testing, and rollout of new software versions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials and documentation.
  • Engage in discussions with clients and the Senior Implementation Analyst to clarify business, process, functional, and data requirements for effective solution configuration.
  • Troubleshoot software and implementation challenges, offering functional guidance and workarounds.
  • Serve as a Help Desk administrator, providing ongoing support to clients.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance to existing clients in identifying and resolving complex production issues. Collaborate with fellow implementation engineers to address installation challenges.

Effectively communicate project expectations and updates to all stakeholders, including business representatives, partners, and team members.

Participate in and occasionally lead team meetings to identify installation challenges and facilitate problem resolution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience (2-4 years) in enterprise software installations, configurations, implementations, and project management methodologies.

Familiarity with software implementation projects that involve integration with third-party applications is essential.

Proficient understanding of Microsoft internet solutions, particularly IIS 6.0/7.0, and web service-based software solutions.

Experience in the financial sector, particularly within credit unions, is advantageous.

Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Knowledge of the Symitar environment and related technologies, such as Report Generator (PowerOn) and SYMCONNECT, is a plus.

Understanding of the Keystone Correlation environment and its associated technologies is beneficial.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:
Algebra-level mathematical skills are preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, using hands for various tasks, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
