About the Role:
The Project Leader in Construction Management plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects while enhancing the company’s reputation. This position involves comprehensive oversight of ongoing projects, fostering new business relationships, and contributing to marketing strategies aimed at securing future work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistent updates to clients and administrative teams regarding project timelines, progress, and necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in project completion by finalizing punch-list items and preparing essential documentation.
  • Engage in weekly discussions with fellow Project Managers to align with the corporate mission.
  • Optimize project solutions through detailed pricing and graphical presentations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates effectively.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and senior management to develop construction projects.
  • Assemble and coordinate the project team, including suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Oversee material orders and management.
  • Deliver internal reports and projections on project status.
  • Supervise the progress of construction projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Represent the company in various project meetings.
  • Actively engage in the company's marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing a team effectively.
  • Experience in adhering to strict budgetary constraints.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction sector.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Project Management software is preferred.
  • Able to create and manage multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules for various projects.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities while fostering strong relationships with team members, vendors, and clients.
