Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Case Management team at Trumbull Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the department's operations, including case management, utilization management, discharge planning, social work, and clinical documentation improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to improve cost and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and physician offices to facilitate timely patient flow and safe and effective patient care
  • Manage department resources to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with regulations and policies
  • Develop and achieve operation budget in collaboration with the CFO
  • Facilitate performance improvement teams to develop interventions to improve outcomes
  • Hire, coach, discipline, fire, orient, assign, and manage productivity and individual development of assigned staff

Requirements:
  • BSN or MSN degree in Nursing
