Job Summary

The Associate Product Manager, Surgical and L&D will support the Product Marketing organization to execute marketing, launching, selling, and distribution projects to achieve corporate & division financial objectives in the US and select International markets. This role will report to the Director of Marketing, Surgical and L&D.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product management and marketing efforts across the full product lifecycle.
  • Support ongoing and new initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration and success.
  • Assess needs for marketing research and analysis, including voice of the customer (VOC).
  • Identify important, non-obvious customer insights to impact messaging, training, and other aspects of the product strategy.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Commercial Medical Device experience (Sales, Marketing, Prof. Education, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device space, specifically Women's Health.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
