Position Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will deliver exceptional service by assisting both internal and external clients, primarily in-person, to meet their branch and rental requirements. This role will provide the opportunity to acquire knowledge through local training and practical experience to offer administrative assistance, serve clients, and act as a rental backup in a non-airport branch setting.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all clients with a professional greeting as they arrive on the premises.
  • Remind clients to check for personal items and document any found belongings with relevant details.
  • Explain rental fees and provide accurate receipts to clients.
  • Offer courteous information regarding transportation options to the airport terminal.
  • Gather feedback on service quality and document any concerns raised by clients.
  • Conduct discreet inspections of incoming vehicles for damage and guide clients to the counter for necessary reports.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas by utilizing appropriate communication.
  • Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by clients.
  • Identify vehicles on system hold for various reasons and ensure their proper relocation.
  • Tag vehicles flagged for maintenance and verify their movement to designated areas.
  • Maintain an organized lot to facilitate easy access and traffic flow.
  • Understand the processes related to rental agreements, fuel services, and optional coverages.
  • Be familiar with the damage loss reporting procedures.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess two years of college education or a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license is essential for this role.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the job location.
  • Availability to work a maximum of 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, is required.
