Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team at MustardSeed PMO. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, leading marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content that drives results for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with our business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for all relevant social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Build and grow a strong following on all social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with company objectives and brand voice.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) tools within the marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing funnel performance, creating detailed reports that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Design and implement targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, driving engagement with key accounts and personalized marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in managing marketing efforts within HubSpot, including workflows, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the nuances associated with social media platforms and a deep interest in understanding what content works well.
  • Experience with organic social media content across various platforms.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Marketing experience in the life sciences or related industries.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.
  • Experience with account-based marketing and HubSpot marketing tools.
