Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Content Creation: Schedule and post content using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and optimal timing for audience engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally to foster a positive community and add value to user interactions.
  • Campaign Support: Support social media campaigns by contributing creative ideas, assisting in execution, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and report on relevant trends to the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining content calendars, organizing digital assets, and coordinating with influencers or brand ambassadors.
