Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written, video, and photo content, for family and parenting brands.
  • Lead community management, publishing, and engagement for assigned client social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an organic editorial calendar that drives brand awareness and builds community through meaningful engagement.
  • Test and learn different messaging, tactics, and strategies while staying up-to-date on new social media tools and best practices.
  • Publish monthly reports detailing social analytics across all assigned client channels, including recommendations for improvement and action plans.
Requirements
  • Real-world experience creating social content and managing social media for family/parent CPG brands.
  • Personal experience with multitasking childcare management while juggling a career.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, as well as parenting hacks, pop culture, and trends.
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.

Salary: up to $65,000 Annually based on skills and experience.
