About the Role:

160over90 is a global cultural marketing agency that's part of the Endeavor network. We're seeking a Paid Social Media Strategist to join our Media team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media strategies across platforms, managing campaigns and budgets, and presenting client-facing analysis reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive paid social media strategies across platforms, leveraging expertise in paid channels
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign management and budgets of paid social campaigns
  • Work with the Paid Social Supervisor and other Paid Social Media Strategists to optimize and manage campaigns
  • Meet with clients to discuss paid social strategy and relay actionable data-driven insights
  • Support new media opportunities through the RFP process
  • Collaborate with other members of the Media team to create strategic cross-channel strategies
  • Work with internal teams to grow cross-department plans
  • Stay up-to-date on paid social trends, capabilities, and news

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok)
  • Experience managing the day-to-day of several paid social accounts and budgets across platforms
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background (Google Analytics required)
  • Ability to educate clients on paid social and discuss how social relates to their business goals
  • Collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solver who can both provide and take direction well
  • Capable of managing and working on multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with particularly strong Excel skills
  • Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
