We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RN/LVN to provide high-quality clinical home care to our pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to our company's core values of Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Compassion, and Social Responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to medically fragile children
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care

Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
