Position Title: Private Equity Investor Product Strategy, Associate

Role Overview:

The Investor Product Strategy division is tasked with developing and presenting marketing and fundraising materials pertinent to our various funds.

We are looking for a driven and meticulous professional to enhance our efforts throughout the fundraising and marketing process for our funds. This position emphasizes investment strategy, financial evaluation, and the communication of essential messages, performance data, and market insights to support the marketing requirements of all potential, existing, and concluded funds within our Private Equity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Fundraising: Aid in the creation and assessment of all facets of the marketing and fundraising process, from fund inception, documentation preparation, to launch, presentations, marketing efforts, investor diligence, and securing investor commitments.
  • Investor Presentations: Oversee the development and enhancement of customized investor presentations that leverage our investment activities and valuations across all funds to ensure effective communication.
  • Due Diligence and Investor Relations: Organize, compile, and review investor due diligence inquiries and assist with investor questions.
  • Client Engagements / Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and review of conference materials, pitch books, discussion points, and performance reports.
  • Fund Analysis: Coordinate the gathering and analysis of key metrics from various internal teams and external sources, assisting in the preparation and review of tailored fund performance analyses.
  • Internal Reporting: Draft presentations and analyses for senior management review.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with and support the broader strategy team across marketing, deal teams, sales, finance, and compliance in addressing product development and client relations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and synthesis of macroeconomic trends and developments within the private equity industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; strong academic performance.
  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with iLevel reporting is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and intelligent, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in marketing, fundraising, and investor relations within the private equity or financial services sectors is advantageous.
  • Experience in overseeing and managing junior staff is a plus.
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative insights and narratives.
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and personal integrity.

Salary Range:

$105,000 – $140,000, determined by various factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.

Compensation may include additional forms of remuneration or benefits related to the advertised role.
