Position Overview:

The Investor Product Strategy group at Private Investigator Paignton plays a crucial role in crafting and delivering marketing and fundraising materials tailored to our diverse fund offerings.

We are in search of a driven and meticulous professional to contribute to the comprehensive fundraising and marketing processes for our investment funds. This role emphasizes investment strategy, financial analysis, and the communication of key performance metrics and market insights to meet the marketing requirements of our various funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Fundraising: Support the preparation and evaluation of all elements of the marketing and fundraising process, from fund inception to documentation, launch, presentations, and closing investor commitments.
  • Investor Presentations: Aid in the development and enhancement of customized investor presentations that effectively communicate our investment activities and valuations.
  • Due Diligence and Investor Relations: Manage and review investor due diligence inquiries and assist in addressing investor questions.
  • Client Engagements / Reporting: Contribute to the creation and review of materials for conferences, webinars, pitch books, and performance reports.
  • Fund Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of essential metrics from various internal and external sources, and assist in preparing detailed fund performance evaluations.
  • Internal Reporting: Prepare presentations and analyses for senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the broader strategy team, including marketing, deal teams, sales, finance, and compliance, to address product development and client engagement needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on macroeconomic trends and developments within the private equity sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; strong academic performance.
  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Robust analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with iLevel reporting is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, fundraising, and investor relations within the private equity or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience in supervising and managing junior team members is beneficial.
  • Capability to translate quantitative data into qualitative insights.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and integrity.

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
