A leading Private Equity firm based out of the Miami, FL is looking to add an Associate to their team this Summer. The firm specializes in middle-market investments across the Healthcare space (Healthcare IT, Healthcare Services, and Healthcare Providers) and is committed to fostering growth, innovation, and sustainability.
As the Associate, you will work closely with the firm's senior leadership team, participating in the full spectrum of the private equity investment cycle.
The Private Equity Associate will be responsible for:
- Taking point of the development of financial modeling as well as broader industry research
- Creation of investment memoranda, underlying analysis, and investment decisions.
- Assist with the Structuring and negotiations of the acquisition and disposition of various investment targets
- Work directly with executive leadership of acquired firms to drive the professionalization and profitability of their organizations
- Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for potential investment targets
The Private Equity Associate should have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience covering the Healthcare space
- Bachelor’s Degree at a reputable University (Competitive GPA is a plus)
- A self-starter who is always aspiring for more
- Ties or reasoning to be in the Miami area
