Join JRC Integrated Systems as an Executive Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in assisting the Technical Director of Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) and their team. You will oversee integrated master scheduling, draft executive correspondence, conduct research analysis, and manage databases efficiently.
As an Executive Support Specialist, you will coordinate with division stakeholders and manage deliverables for the Director, while also reporting on programmatic actions to senior leadership. Your role will involve reviewing, editing, and assisting in the creation of internal SSP documents related to the TRIDENT II Weapons System, as well as coordinating input and approvals from both government and industry partners. If you are eager to launch your career in a supportive entry-level position with significant growth potential, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of SSP cultures and practices, serving as the lead coordinator for high-level events involving division and industry partners.
- Facilitate high-level coordination among technical division branch heads and SESs, culminating in program updates and reporting materials on behalf of the Technical Division Director.
- Compose internal program status reports representing the Technical Division Director.
- Assist in the creation, review, and editing of Ordnance Documents (ODs), Strategic Systems Programs Instructions (SSPINSTs), meeting minutes, memorandums, formal letters, technical documents, program briefings, and other essential documentation.
- Lead weekly division meetings, including drafting and editing presentations while providing status updates to technical branches.
- Act as the primary liaison for SSP's senior-level leadership program.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence.
- An active DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level or a previously held active clearance in good standing within the last 2 years.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual and DoD Issuance Style Guide.
- Previous experience supporting Department of the Navy programs in an analytical capacity.
