About the Role:

Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our Litigation team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, including legal correspondence and filings.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Enter attorney hours into our time management system and manage contract attorney time as applicable.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of general office experience, with prior law firm experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to build rapport with attorneys and professional staff.
