Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onsite Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and driving account growth through our KeepStock program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by receiving and stocking purchased product, ensuring product stocking levels, and resolving customer problems promptly.
  • Account Growth: Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs, probing for customer needs during each site visit, and working with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Manage customer inventory levels, ensure accurate inventory reporting, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Route Management: Follow designated routes defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a sales or service environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and sales growth oriented
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle different technical and operational issues
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence
