About the Role:

As a Route Sales Representative with Arrow International, you will play a critical role in the success of our business by providing exceptional service to our customers in the charitable gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit licensed charitable gaming organizations to solicit and deliver gaming supplies, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and performing regular stock checks to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Utilize a scanner and computer to document sales and inventory movement, ensuring seamless data entry and record-keeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in route sales or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Desirable Skills and Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
