We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of our expanding product portfolio across markets. The ideal candidate will have strong business & financial acumen, excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and be motivated by seeing the impact of their work in our financials.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, qualify and manage the pipeline.
- Develop and maintain a robust commercial pipeline of prospects and leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the unique value propositions of the company's products or services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Account Planning. Develop and implement effective account plans to guide resource allocation and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated history of success in specialty chemical sales.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
