Position Overview:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and interpret the needs of our stakeholders, transforming these requirements into actionable system enhancements and improvements. This position involves collaboration with various departments including Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation, design, configuration, and support of business applications and associated processes.
  • Contribute to the design and solutioning of system upgrades and new functionalities.
  • Support the rollout of new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct testing as necessary and help coordinate user testing and feedback sessions.
  • Document system functionalities and operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficient in documenting and analyzing business and technical processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Ability to serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of managing less-defined projects independently.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and reliable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with MultiValue products.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Travel Expectations:

Minimal travel required, less than 5%.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $113,482.36 per year, with actual compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.
