Role Summary
As a Support Systems Analyst, you will regularly collaborate with the IT personnel of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve moderately complex technical issues related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and utilization of our FHIR Ignite and Seamless Exchange platforms.
Your tasks will follow standard procedures with some variations. You will largely operate independently within established policies and guidelines.
Given the significant customer interaction involved, it is crucial to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with clients while consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of combined higher education and/or relevant work experience, including a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in general application support
• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- SQL and relational databases
- JSON structure
- Web 2.0 tools
- Understanding of API data flows
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain a backlog while investigating and resolving tier-3 support tickets logged by our customers, vendors, and partner organizations.
• Collaborate both independently and as part of a team to maintain the backlog, achieve goals and key performance indicators, and work with partner organizations such as operations and engineering teams to resolve tier-3 incidents.
• Exhibit attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to explain technical scenarios in non-technical terms.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities based on changing demands.
• Be prepared to work additional or irregular hours as required and permitted by local regulations.
• Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding your role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any security compromises within your scope of work.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.
